Over a 12-month period, Relogistics audited 3.2 million pallets across 45 sites and assigned 360 associates to manage the operations. Relogistics implemented a robust inbound pallet management strategy that included:

  • Auditing and Flipping: A total of 843,000 rental pallets and 519,000 GMA pallets were flipped to ensure compliance with quality standards.
